Test your book on real readers. Before the world does.
Upload your manuscript and invite your readers. They read it like a real ebook and react as they go. You see where they laughed, where they stalled, and where they stopped.

Ask readers what they thought. They'll tell you what they remember.
A week later, the slow chapter is a blur and the joke that landed is "I liked it". Silly Purple catches it while it happens: the exact line, the feeling, the place they put the book down.
The usual way
- A Word file by email.
- A form at the end.
- "It was good!"
- No idea who finished, or where the others stopped.
With Silly Purple
- A real ebook, in any browser.
- A reaction on the line, the moment it lands.
- A question right after the scene.
- Who's reading, who finished, and the chapter where they stopped.
A reader built for feedback. And reading still comes first.
Your readers don't get a PDF. They get our own ebook reader, built for one job: catching what they feel, at the line they feel it, without pulling them out of the story.
- 01 / 11
Open the link. Start reading.
No app and no password. The book opens where they left off, on any device. The first time in, a short film shows them around.

- 02 / 11
Make it theirs.
Bigger text, another font, more room between lines. Light, sepia or dark. Scroll like a web page, or turn pages like a book.

- 03 / 11
React to any line.
Press and hold a line, pick one of seven reactions, keep reading. The line gets underlined, so the exact sentence that made them laugh, or lose the thread, is on record.
😮Surprised❤️Love this😂Funny😢Emotional😕Confused😴Dragging🤔Suspicious

- 04 / 11
Highlight what they love.
One tap marks a line worth keeping. Highlights show what's working, not only what isn't.

- 05 / 11
Comment on the sentence.
"I didn't see that coming!" sits right next to the line it's about. Read in context, not in an email a week later.

- 06 / 11
Or just say it.
Rather talk than type? They tap Voice and talk, and the wave moves as they speak. Their words are typed up automatically. No signal? It's saved on the phone and sent when they're back online.

- 07 / 11
This spot, or the whole chapter.
No line in mind? The speech bubble in the corner comments on where they are, or on the chapter as a whole.

- 08 / 11
An emoji for every chapter.
When a chapter ends: how did it make you feel? One tap, and they're back in the story. Together the votes map how the book feels, chapter by chapter.

- 09 / 11
The author's questions, right after the scene.
Yes or no, multiple choice, a rating or their own words, asked while it's fresh. One-time questions can't be revisited, so the answer is the gut reaction. They can always skip.

- 10 / 11
Everything in My notes.
Every reaction, highlight, comment, voice note and answer in one list. Tap one to jump back, or change an answer. Only the reader and the author see it.

- 11 / 11
The last page.
When they finish, one last question: what did they think of the whole book? In writing, or out loud.

Questions,answered.
Who are my readers?
Anyone you invite: friends, your writing group, your newsletter, readers you trust. You bring them. We don't run a marketplace of strangers.
Do my readers need an app or an account?
No. They open the link in their invite and sign in with that email address, by link or by code. Nothing to install, no password.
Which files can I upload?
Word (.docx) or PDF. A PDF needs real text in it. Scanned pages aren't supported yet.
Can readers download or copy my book?
There's no download button, and every book is private to the people you invite. You can remove anyone's access. Still, nothing on a screen is copy-proof, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Does the AI read my manuscript?
No. The AI summary reads only what readers wrote and the short passages they picked out, with names replaced by R1, R2, R3. It runs only when you ask for it.
Can readers see each other's comments?
No. Each reader sees only their own notes. Only you see everyone's.
Can I change the book after readers start?
Yes. Upload a new draft, check it, and publish it as a new version.
Which languages?
The site and the reader speak English and Hebrew. Your book can be in either, right to left included.
What does it cost?
Nothing during early access. Readers never pay.
